Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises.
• Review and assess AI-generated responses to contract scenarios.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school and active bar membership.
• Minimum 3 years of in-house legal experience focused on technology transactions.
• Extensive experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements like MSAs and NDAs.
