Job Description
The Corporate Counsel role partners with Product/Tech, Data, Marketing, Sales/Advisor Operations, and the AI Governance Committee.
- Providing legal guidance for product launches, marketing campaigns, and contact‑center workflows.
- Advising on multi‑state privacy requirements; drafting/maintaining playbooks for data sharing with partners.
- Counseling on TCPA/TSR; Maintaining call‑recording guidance; Applying APFM’s Generative AI policy.
- Drafting/negotiating commercial contracts with privacy, security, and use‑of‑data protections.
- Managing pre‑litigation demands, subpoenas, consumer complaints, and regulator inquiries.
