Role Overview:

  • Coordinate scheduling of consultations, tours, and assessments.

Documentation:

  • Collect, review, and organize intake information, historical records, and consent forms.
  • Enter and maintain records in the EMR system with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Support evaluation processes by tracking case progress and assisting with diagnosis referrals.

Data and Process Improvement:

  • Create and implement workflow enhancements to improve efficiency and throughput.
  • Partner with the Director of Workforce Planning to analyze client experience data trends.
  • Develop and maintain report templates and systemized documentation tools.

Compliance:

  • Ensure HIPAA and KBH privacy standards in all communications and data management.
  • Communicate updates promptly and professionally with clinicians, clients, and caregivers.
