The Role:
- As an Engineering Manager at UW, you will co-lead a squad alongside a Product Manager in a cross-functional environment.
- You will create clarity, consistency, and momentum, setting direction and ensuring high standards in delivery and quality.

- Take responsibility for technical decisions and ensure alignment with company strategy.
- Drive prioritisation, operational excellence, and planning through OKRs and metrics reviews.
- Invest in people through coaching, feedback, and development, fostering a positive team culture.
