Technical Engineering Manager | COB Product

The Role:

• Build a scalable, AI-driven, cloud-native solution for Coordination of Benefits (COB) from ground zero.
• Lead a team of 5-6 engineers and set the technical direction and engineering bar for the product.

What You'll Do:

• Own the architecture, technical roadmap, and production releases with accountability for quality and delivery.
• Hire, develop, and retain a team of engineers with deliberate investment in coaching and performance management.
• Partner with product, ML, UX, and operations to scope and sequence work with measurable targets.

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of combined technical leadership and engineering management, 8+ years building production backend services.
• Hands-on experience with microservices, containers, and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes); proficiency in Java, GoLang, Scala, or Rust.
• Proven track record hiring and managing high-performing teams and leading cross-functional initiatives.
