Job Description

As a Sales Manager at Fieldguide, you'll be responsible for leading and scaling a team of Account Executives focused on selling Fieldguide’s innovative vertical AI platform to the largest players in audit and advisory. You’ll coach and support your team to meet and exceed revenue goals, while also helping to shape the sales strategy, improve processes, and build a high-performing sales culture. By championing a values-based selling approach, you’ll ensure the team is aligned with our mission to improve the efficiency and productivity of audit and advisory services. Responsibilities include, lead, coach, and support a team of Account Executives, help them build relationships with key decision-makers, review and guide deal strategies, partner cross-functionally with other teams, monitor key sales metrics, refine sales playbook, represent Fieldguide at events, and discover new opportunities through relationship building. Up to 30% travel is required.
