Ashby is looking for an Engineering leader who has built impressive products as an IC, an amazing team of Engineers, and established the cultural norms and processes of an entire Engineering department. Ashby’s success means the Engineering team will double in the next year. This role will manage a remote team of engineers and Engineering Managers, covering specializations from Product to Site Reliability to Design Engineering. In the first three months, this role will be spent learning about Ashby Engineering and easing into leadership by shipping some product changes and features. The interview process includes a technical screen, an interview about leadership experience, a deep dive into a past project, and interviews with the Head of EMEA Engineering and the CEO.
