Senior Manager, Corporate Services Sourcing

About the Role:

• Head Corporate Services Sourcing for the DoorDash brand, developing category strategies and managing a broad portfolio of indirect subcategories.
• Lead a team of four, report to the Director of Global Strategic Sourcing, and partner with global teams to build synergies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end sourcing lifecycle from data gathering to contracting, including RFx, negotiations, and supplier management.
• Build multiyear category strategies, evaluate suppliers using TCO modeling, and drive cost reduction across the portfolio.
• Serve as a trusted business partner and escalation point for complex procurement matters.

What We're Looking For:

• 10+ years of experience in Corporate Services Sourcing, with people management experience.
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Expertise in procurement tools like Coupa, Zip, and CLM, and an enthusiastic adopter of AI.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base salary range of $157,800 - $232,000 USD, plus equity grants.
