Job Overview:
- The Financial Analyst supports strategic decision-making by delivering financial insights.
- Partners with operational and executive leaders for budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
- Develops financial models, analyzes variances, and translates data into actionable recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with annual operating and capital budgets for departments and service lines.
- Develop financial models and multi-year forecasts, reviewing monthly statements for variances.
- Prepare analysis for leadership to monitor operational performance across service areas.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Associate's with 4 years experience considered.
- Minimum 2 years finance or accounting experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with data manipulation and querying databases.
