Litigation Counsel

Hims & Hers is seeking an experienced Litigation Counsel to join our growing, collaborative Legal team. The successful candidate will have a strong litigation background, be a team player, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote work environment. This role will report to the Senior Litigation Counsel and will be responsible for supporting and managing disputes and litigation, developing and executing litigation strategy, providing legal guidance to our Customer Support and People teams, and partnering with cross-functional business teams across the company to pursue and defend litigation matters. The candidate will support and manage an active docket of disputes and litigation matters, including developing and executing case strategy in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
