Accountabilities:
- Support Finance & Operations value creation initiatives across the portfolio, partnering with CFOs and management teams to identify growth and profitability opportunities.
- Drive execution of operational improvement projects and M&A integrations, leading project management activities and stakeholder coordination.
- Develop financial analyses, business cases, and playbooks to enable performance improvement across portfolio companies.
Skills and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- 4-8 years of experience in consulting, finance, transaction services, strategic finance, or private equity value creation.
- Strong financial analysis, problem-solving, and project management skills; ability to synthesize data and drive execution.
