Director, Managed Markets - Regional - West

What You'll Do:

• Own and expand the Kaiser Permanente relationship across the West, including pharmacy, medical policy, formulary, finance, contracting, and P&T stakeholders.
• Develop account-specific business plans for the assigned West portfolio, including major California public plans, Blue plans, regional payers, and provider-sponsored organizations.
• Profile each account's formulary and medical policy review processes, identify launch barriers, and coordinate with Medical, HEOR, Marketing, Trade, Field Reimbursement, Sales, and Operations.

Who You Are:

• Minimum 10 years of biotech/pharmaceutical experience, including at least five years in regional payer account management, with rare disease launch and contracting experience.
• Current, established relationships with Kaiser Permanente decision makers across pharmacy, medical policy, formulary/P&T, finance, and DEC.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork skills with the ability to present complex clinical data.
