Contracts: Own end-to-end contract lifecycle management for new customer agreements, renewals, and upgrade deals.
Negotiate and close commercial agreements including MSAs, SOWs, and SaaS/licensing agreements.
Build scalable contracting playbooks and manage contract risk.

Outside Counsel Management:

Select and manage relationships with outside counsel across litigation, regulatory, IP, and transactional matters.
Own outside counsel budget and billing oversight to ensure cost-effective support.
Coordinate between outside counsel and business stakeholders.

Board Preparation & Representation:

Prepare board materials and legal updates for regular meetings.
Attend board meetings and provide legal counsel directly to the Board.
Advise on corporate governance, fiduciary duties, and regulatory risks.

General CLO Leadership:

Lead and scale the legal, compliance, and risk management function.
Advise executive leadership on strategy, M&A, financing, and regulatory matters.
Oversee IP strategy, litigation, and employment matters.
