Role Overview:

  • This is an individual-contributor role with outsized scope, reporting to the Head of GTM.
  • You will balance strategy and hands-on execution across positioning, campaigns, and content.
  • Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to drive pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own brand positioning and messaging for rOS, tailored to community bank and credit union buyers.
  • Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns including email, content, webinars, and industry events.
  • Maintain marketing data hygiene and campaign tracking within Zoho CRM.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS marketing with direct ownership of both strategy and execution.
  • Strong writing skills and working knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tooling.
  • Financially literate and comfortable operating without a large team or big budget.
