About the Role:
- Manage multiple onboarding workstreams at once; setting timelines and coordinating across internal teams.
- Translate client needs into clear next steps and ensure everyone stays aligned and on track.
- Requires excellent written and verbal communication, comfort facilitating conversations.
Your Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience working with project management, accounting, sales tax, and/or research.
- Comfort working with complex, data-heavy spreadsheets (Excel proficiency required).
- Experience managing projects or processes with multiple moving parts, deadlines, and dependencies.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Own the onboarding process from client sign-up through completion.
- Build and manage onboarding timelines, track dependencies, and proactively remove blockers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during onboarding and translate data concepts.
