- Experience with remote support tools such as WEBEX, Bombgar, and Teams for customer support functions.
- Undertake remote health checking and liaise with customers and partners to review results and provide guidance, ensuring optimal efficiency and risk management.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience in similar roles delivering customer support services with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Aptitude to learn and support new products and systems, with skills in areas like IP Networking, Cloud Solutions, Python, and Enterprise Storage.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, or standby shifts as needed and manage multiple issues in a fast-paced environment.
