Care Coordinator

We are seeking a Care Coordinator to support patients who need mental health care outside of our platform. In this role, you’ll serve as a key connector between Rula patients, their providers, and external healthcare organizations- ensuring smooth transitions to the right level of care, such as intensive outpatient programs, partial hospitalization programs, or specialty psychiatry. As a Care Coordinator, you’ll manage care coordination tasks in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. You'll play a critical role in helping patients navigate complex care decisions, while maintaining empathy and professionalism in all communications. This includes speaking directly with patients, external providers, and insurance representatives to ensure continuity of care.
