Senior Contracts Counsel

Dewberry’s Contracts group is actively seeking a creative, talented attorney to support Dewberry’s operations. This role will be based out of Dewberry’s headquarters in Fairfax, Virginia. We will consider candidates in other locations or remote on a case by case basis. The responsibilities for this position include guidance on risk management and adherence to company policies. You will review, draft, and negotiate contracts, and other contract documents relating to architecture, engineering, construction, environmental, and other services provided by the company to clients in the public and private sectors. You will provide staff guidance on compliance with laws, statutes, and regulations related to contract specific matters. You will also provide support to multiple offices, and support other team members within the Contracts group, as may be necessary Based on experience and/or workloads.
