Sr. Accounting Manager, Accounting Operations

Reporting to the Assistant Controller, the Senior Accounting Manager will lead our accounting operations with a strong focus on financial close excellence and operational efficiency. We’re seeking a hands-on leader with deep accounting operations experience and a proven ability to streamline close cycles and implement meaningful process improvements. You will oversee the monthly close process, general ledger activities, maintain and enhance accounting policies and internal controls, support annual audits, review financial statements, partner with cross-functional departments, identify and implement process improvement activities, and drive adoption of automation and AI-enabled solutions. Provide leadership, coaching and performance management to drive accounting operations team development and engagement.
