Drive requirement clarity and contribute to successful product delivery by bridging business and technology teams.
Create and maintain requirement artifacts such as BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and functional specifications.
Collaborate with engineering teams using basic technical knowledge of SQL, APIs, and system integrations.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in the SaaS industry.
Strong understanding of business analysis fundamentals, including requirement gathering, user story creation, and stakeholder management.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with Azure DevOps, GitHub, Jira, Confluence, Visio, or Lucid chart.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Additional Information:

Work from home option due to time of work.
Work hours: 3 PM IST to 12 AM IST.
