Business Analyst - Telecom

Key Responsibilities:

• You will facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather and document business requirements.
• You will translate business needs into functional specifications and process improvements.
• You will support testing and UAT to ensure smooth delivery of solutions.

Requirements:

• You bring 3–5+ years of business analysis experience in telecom or managed services.
• You are proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, JIRA, and Confluence.
• You have strong communication and stakeholder management skills for remote collaboration.
