- Responsible for designing a strong internal controls environment.

Responsibilities:
- Own and drive the development, implementation, and ongoing improvement of the compliance program.
- Act as the AML Compliance Officer (AMLCO) for the EU entity.
- Conduct regular reviews of internal compliance policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of compliance experience with leadership and strategic expertise.
- In-depth understanding of regulatory framework.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business, or relevant field.
