Job Description
The IndySoft Configuration & Support Specialist will be responsible for managing our IndySoft calibration management software, ensuring that it is functioning at optimal levels, and improving it to meet the growing needs of our organization. They will be responsible for configuring, implementing changes, and supporting the IndySoft application at Transcat. Essential duties include configuring and implementing new features, integrating separate lab locations into one central IndySoft system, providing technical support to IndySoft users, troubleshooting software issues, collaborating with internal teams, documenting solutions, staying updated on IndySoft releases, loading software packages, and maintaining IndySoft-related hardware.
