Accountabilities:
- Manage exception management across cash, positions, trades, and margin processes.
- Lead operational readiness for new product launches, including requirements gathering, testing, and post-launch stabilization.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to design scalable processes, controls, and reporting frameworks.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in financial services, fintech operations, or broker-dealer operations.
- Strong experience with trade operations, margin processes, and operational risk controls.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize issues.
Benefits:
- Competitive annual base salary range of $130,900 – $154,000.
