You'll build and run customer journeys that guide Bondora's customers from first application through repeat loans and payment difficulty.
You'll be one of three CRM Managers reporting to the Head of CRM & Customer Value, working in Braze with rich customer and loan data.

What would ensure success:

You have 5+ years of hands-on CRM or lifecycle marketing experience, ideally in lending or fintech.
You are an expert in Braze or similar platforms, with SQL skills and a habit of testing with holdout groups.
