Job Description
Advocates at Solace play a vital role in helping patients navigate complex health challenges and address health-related social needs. The Advocate Lifecycle Manager will lead the non-clinical journey of the advocate team, from onboarding and training to ongoing support and engagement.
Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer, this is a broad operational leadership position that will focus on developing and scaling the systems, tools, and processes necessary to ensure our advocates consistently provide excellent care.
The position involves owning the full operational lifecycle of Solace advocates from onboarding to off-boarding, designing and continuously improving onboarding programs, tools, and resources to ensure advocates are well-prepared from day one, and developing and leading systems that drive ongoing engagement, performance, and advocate satisfaction.
