Chief of Staff to the CTO EMEA

We are looking for an experienced, strategic leader to shape and execute our Product & Engineering strategy. You will work closely with the CTO and VPs to co-create annual and quarterly OKRs, translating them into actionable roadmaps with clear success criteria. This role involves managing multiple cross-functional programs, overseeing scope, timing, budget, and risk, and driving projects from start to finish. You will also build and maintain data-driven scorecards and dashboards to track product, engineering, and business metrics, surfacing insights and risks early. Strong communication skills are essential as you’ll craft board decks, product updates, and presentations, and turn complex topics into clear narratives. You will align Product & Engineering with GTM, Finance, and People teams, running industry research and organizing off-sites as needed.
