Acumatica Administration & Finance Operations:
- Configure and maintain Acumatica instance: user access, security, workflows, and module settings.
- Design and implement Finance solutions using native Acumatica functionality.
- Support core Finance workflows: AP, AR, GL, project accounting, and month-end close.
Procurement & Projects Enablement:
- Partner with Procurement to improve Acumatica’s procurement functionality and vendor management.
- Configure and test procurement workflows for goods and services.
- Maximize native Acumatica capabilities over customizations.
Integration Operational Ownership:
- Serve as technical owner of the SAP Concur–Acumatica integration.
- Monitor integration flows, triage issues, and coordinate resolution with vendors.
- Document integration architecture and change history.
