Own and continuously optimize the Legal department's technology ecosystem, including CLM, matter management, and workflow automation.
Develop a scalable legal technology roadmap integrating AI and automation to improve efficiency and support business growth.

Strategic Project & Program Management:

Translate strategic priorities into actionable project plans with clear milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
Drive cross-functional initiatives, manage dependencies and risks, and establish reporting mechanisms for accountability.

Qualifications & Experience:

8+ years in legal operations, legal technology, or strategic project management with a track record of implementing scalable systems.
Strong technical aptitude and experience collaborating with IT and Engineering teams to deploy AI-enabled tools and automation.
