Support revenue management strategies including upselling, promotions, and cross-selling.
Accurately input guest information and maintain guest history.

Qualifications:

Two years in hospitality or reservations, preferably luxury.
Excellent phone manner and sales skills.
One year of Opera experience required.

Location and Work Environment:

Remote position; must reside in U.S. Mainland.
Ability to work cohesively with team members.
