Senior Director, Complex Systems

What You'll Do:

• Lead the Complex Systems portfolio, integrating Land, Transportation, and Industry programs.
• Develop and execute a systems-level strategy bridging technical, policy, financial, and market challenges.
• Guide globally relevant policy and advocacy priorities grounded in political and economic realities.

What You'll Bring:

• 15+ years of senior leadership experience in climate, energy, environmental policy or related fields.
• Deep understanding of systems-level climate challenges and barriers to decarbonizing hard-to-abate sectors.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and build trusted relationships with external stakeholders.
