About the Role:
- This role works closely with the Chief of Staff on strategy and operations for the Vice Chair Office.
- You'll help design how this cross-functional portfolio runs and own individual programs end-to-end.
Responsibilities:
- Translate the Vice Chair's priorities into a clear portfolio of programs and run the team's operating rhythm.
- Own programs end-to-end, from framing objectives to reporting outcomes.
- Build operational foundations, define success metrics, and represent the Vice Chair Office with partners.
Who You Are:
- You have 3-5 years of experience in strategy, program leadership, or an operating role supporting senior leaders.
- You excel at turning ambiguity into structure and managing multiple workstreams with strong judgment.
