Job Description
This role will report into the Head of Personal Lines Distribution and is responsible for driving the growth of MSI personal lines products throughout a given region. This entails managing a team of State BDMs, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong partner relationships, and driving premium growth while overseeing performance and profitability. The successful candidate will create and lead a team of State BDMs, build and maintain strong relationships with existing distribution partners, and monitor existing relationships with a focus on new business production, renewal retention and partner profitability. The role also involves collaborating with the Head of Personal Lines Distribution to best target areas of growth, monitor aggregation, and align state performance with regional objectives, as well as performing market research to identify trends and changes in the competitive landscape.
