Middle Project Manager (CCaaS experience)

Seeking a Middle Project Manager to focus on the implementation of a CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) solution for major enterprises in the automotive, travel, and financial services sectors, serving a vast member base across the US. Responsibilities include coordinating project management activities, resources, budget control, equipment, and information. Also, developing and maintaining project documentation, invoices, plans, and reports, maintaining project plans, identifying and managing risks, leading and motivating the project team, developing and maintaining strong business relationships, acting as the point of contact, and cooperating and coordinating with other departments and third-party subcontractors.
