Head of Web

This role sits at the intersection of brand, performance, and product, and is responsible for transforming Paddle’s digital surfaces into high-performance, high-conversion engines that support our PLG and sales-led growth. You’ll lead a cross-functional web team (design, dev, UX, content, and experimentation) with full accountability for performance, conversion, velocity of execution, and alignment across teams. This is a dynamic growth function. You'll use AI to accelerate design, prototyping, and personalization, ensuring rapid iterations and continuous testing to meet aggressive pipeline and revenue goals. You will also define the vision and roadmap, drive cross-functional alignment, and implement AI-based personalisation frameworks to increase relevance and outcomes.
