Systems Engineer III - Citrix

The Systems Engineer III - Citrix ensures the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of infrastructure systems that support the core organizational functions and completes routine assignments and/or project tasks. The SE III provides operational support for authentication, monitoring, messaging, and collaboration systems; servers, storage, and data protection systems. Responsibilities include fulfilling day-to-day operational tasks maintaining infrastructure systems, serving as technical lead for complex projects, and installing/building, configuring, administering, and decommissioning infrastructure systems. The role also provides 24/7 on-call support, automates tasks with PowerShell scripting, and provides Tier 3 Support. This position designs, plans, builds and leads system and disaster recovery tests.
