Job Description
Design, develop and implement data architecture and perform integration of Salesforce Sales Cloud within the existing business system. Communicate with business stakeholders and IT technical resources. Design and document scalable architecture for Salesforce Sales Cloud, such as CPQ, Partner Relationship Management, and Pardot. Identify and recommend Salesforce-based solutions and integration points. Leverage various Salesforce development technologies including process builder, flow, workflow, APEX, VisualForce, Lightning, Community, API, SOSL, and SOQL.
Advise CRM technical staff on best practices for Salesforce implementation. Assist with stakeholder engagement within the Commercial organization and Risk, Pricing, and Legal teams. Assist with end-to-end Sales technology projects, including project planning, design, testing, and release. Establish the Commercial systems roadmap.
