Responsibilities:
- Conduct compliance oversight reviews and evaluate internal controls to support remediation efforts.
- Prepare procedures, workpapers, and reports, while serving as a subject matter resource for regulatory alignment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 2–4 years of compliance, risk, audit, or financial-crime experience.
- Working knowledge of BSA/AML/CFT and OFAC requirements and familiarity with banking products like payments and fintech.
