Job Description
Our client is seeking their first Head of Provider Success to own the complete provider journey across their dual-sided marketplace of general dentists and orthodontists. This role requires a seasoned professional with deep dental industry experience who can design, lead, and scale all post-sale initiatives from hundreds to thousands of practice locations. You'll be building provider success systems from the ground up while implementing AI-first solutions at a fast-growing health tech company.
You will establish clear onboarding processes, architect AI-powered, self-service onboarding modules, serve as executive-level contact for key practices, and collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to establish KPIs.
