Solutions Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted technical advisor to engineering, FinOps, and finance stakeholders, partnering on cloud cost goals.
• Design scalable cost allocation and tagging strategies for multi-cloud and Kubernetes environments.
• Support complex technical onboarding and resolve data ingestion issues in collaboration with teams.

Technical Execution:

• Build custom solutions, queries, and workflows using Vantage's APIs and integrations.
• Debug and troubleshoot data, tagging, and reporting challenges with Support and Engineering.
• Surface customer pain points to Product and Engineering to shape tooling and documentation.

Team Collaboration:

• Embed directly with strategic customers during onboarding and expansion to ensure adoption.
• Work closely with Customer Success on advanced use cases and implementation patterns.
• Influence product direction by providing direct customer feedback and observations.
