Job Description

Bitwarden is seeking a dynamic and motivated MSP Channel Manager to join our team. This role will focus primarily on fostering partnerships through the Bitwarden MSP partners. In your role, you will be responsible for achieving an assigned quota number while also managing lead flow, closing deals, recruiting partners and developing geographical go-to-market plans. Prospect, qualify, and recruit new partners via outbound outreach and timely follow-up on inbound leads. Manage partner relationships, coordinate sales and marketing efforts, and ensure satisfaction through ongoing communication and support. Support strategic planning and enablement to grow partner capability, adoption, and revenue. Educate partners on platform enhancements and upsell opportunities. Maintain CRM accuracy, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines and commitments.
