As a Technical Support Analyst, you’ll be the frontline hero for marketers, resolving critical data problems that drive their strategic decisions. Your work ensures our platform delivers accurate, actionable insights—directly impacting client success and our product’s evolution.
You will solve Complex Data Challenges, investigate issues like missing Reddit conversions by tracing data pipelines from source (API) to SQL transformations. Engage & Empower Customers using Helpdesk (Jira) and sometimes video calls (Google Meet), turning technical roadblocks into trust-building moments. You will also drive Product Excellence while collaborating with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams to escalate bugs and shape solutions.
