The Service Desk Specialist will provide remote technical support, maintain service health, manage cloud server lifecycle, administer cloud services, and handle hardware-related tasks.

In this role, you will handle advanced technical escalations, monitor system health, and support software releases as a Senior Support Engineer. As an Escalation Manager, you will manage and resolve high-priority technical issues, improving escalation processes and leading RCA investigations.
