Communicate with customers and internal teams to explain products and implementation schedules. Review technical requirements, schedules, and customer interactions. Assist in Pre-Sales activity helping analyzing prospects’ business and technical requirements and developing service propositions that meet those needs.

Provide IT support to our growing team as the go-to person for computer hardware and software needs. Provide front line user support for all internal tools and technologies. Troubleshoot, respond to inquiries and find solutions to technical challenges. Improve the user experience by contributing to longer-term projects and documentation efforts. Support the IT needs of onsite and remote employees with varying technical backgrounds.
