Install and support digital products for capturing, archiving, and sharing clinical video and data.
Ensure service agreements and warranty obligations are fulfilled to the highest satisfaction.
Exceed customer expectations and maintain customer satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Perform remote or on-premise digital product installations and server/network configurations.
Provide technical support to customers and Intuitive employees.
Troubleshoot and repair Intuitive digital products and associated equipment.

Qualifications:

4-7 years of field service experience with medical systems preferred.
Proven track record of troubleshooting medical software systems.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Italian or Spanish.
