Primary Function of Position:
- Our digital solutions enable capturing, archiving, live streaming, and sharing of clinical video and data.
- The DSS focuses on executing digital strategies to grow adoption and ensure highest customer satisfaction.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Serve as subject matter expert and trusted advisor for digital solutions.
- Perform workflow analysis, customization, and training sessions.
- Build relationships with key opinion leaders and drive expansion.
Qualifications Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of OR healthcare software experience required.
- Background in training and EMR/PACS knowledge preferred.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, fluency in Italian and English.
