Genesis Consultant/Sterilization (Spanish and Catalan speaker)

Key Responsibilities:

• Build deep expertise in Intuitive technologies and manage assigned territory independently.
• Design and deliver consulting programs, lead complex customer engagements, and provide high-impact services on workflow and efficiency.
• Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Training to align strategies and support events.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5+ years in healthcare or hospital management.
• Experience in Operating Room departments, strong communication, and fluency in English, Spanish, and Catalan.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% and proficiency in Lean/Six Sigma is a plus.
