Homescan Field Representative (Spanish Speaker)

The responsibilities of this role include recruitment of households to participate in the Nielsen Consumer Panel, maintaining an assigned number of households to achieve weekly transmissions, and ensuring high-quality data. Accountable for achieving in-person recruitment and installation goals by utilizing proven recruitment techniques. Visit selected homes within a designated territory when the panelist presents collaboration gaps, educate panelists on proper scanner usage, and adhere to Nielsen methodology. Recruit eligible homes without an appointment, persuade households, and maximize panel participation. The role involves driving to selected homes using the company-provided vehicle and GPS. Qualifications include being bilingual in Spanish/English, strong customer service skills, analytical abilities and teamwork skills. Must possess strong computer skills, be willing to work various hours (evenings, weekends, and holidays), and navigate different types of homes. This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation of the following range:$30,000.00 40,000.00.
