The Operations Coordinator, HB Coding coordinates a team effort to compile and maintain data for various functional areas within the Coding Department. This position monitors division statistics and evaluation measures, maintains the department’s dashboard, assists in ensuring competencies and compliance requirements are met, and oversees staffing and work assignments. This role provides lead assistance to Coding Management with related projects and Coding function coverage.
