Business Mobility Coordinator

The Business Mobility team oversees, supports, and executes activities related to the mobilization of Hitachi Energy employees to HVDC Construction sites worldwide. As a Business Mobility Coordinator, you will ensure Hitachi Energy and its employees comply with legal requirements for mobilization, including tax and immigration. You'll also ensure travelers are informed about rules and regulations for site works. This role involves collaborating with HR Tax, Global Mobility, and the Supply department, as well as supporting Construction and Commissioning line managers with onboarding internal resources globally. You'll ensure site readiness, including training, protective equipment, and project-specific guidelines for all site personnel.
